Property Report

At any stage in the Home Search process, or as a one-off request without subscribing to the Home Search service, you can commission an individual property report on one or more properties. These may be properties we have found and short-listed, or ones you have found or been notified of yourself.

You will receive a comprehensive written report on all aspects of the property, supported by digital photographs where appropriate (and subject to the vendor’s/landlord’s permission).

We will report on the general location, condition, position and construction of the property. We will cover its age, décor, security, layout and accommodation, outbuildings, gardens, land and general market value. We will aim to identify any obvious defects and potential costs to a vendor.

Whilst this service does not replace the need for a proper survey on a property, it can be very helpful in identifying potential problems that can then be flagged up to your surveyor to pay particular attention to in their report.
