This service follows the home search process.

We start by talking to you to identify your precise needs and once we have agreed your search criteria, we will place your brief into our system and begin to conduct a rental property search for you.

We will scour all possible sources – including private landlords not otherwise available to the open market – and pre-view all those properties which may meet your search criteria.

From these viewings we shortlist an appropriate number of properties depending on the amount of viewing time you have available.

At this stage we give you a brief report on each property short-listed, enabling you to reject any property and eliminate wasted viewing time on your part.

If you don’t find anything to your liking from this shortlist, we repeat the process, using your feedback from the first viewings to fine-tune our search to match your needs as closely as possible.

This service will continue for a period of 26 weeks, or until you exchange contracts on a property, whichever is the sooner.

Your consultant will handle all the arrangements for a tour of the best properties at a time convenient to you. On average, rental searches take 2 half-day tours to find an ideal property, however, for some briefs up to 4 half-day tours can be arranged.

Once you have decided on a property, your consultant will negotiate the terms of the tenancy on your behalf. The aim is to ensure you pay the best price possible and that the property offers you all you need in terms of furniture, standard of refurbishment and fittings. We will oversee all the paperwork and liaise between all parties involved.

Should you require the property to be furnished we have affiliates that can provide you with everything from a bed to a teaspoon or take you shopping for a plasma TV. Our Removals Service can organise all removals on your behalf.
