Buying property can be a stressful, expensive and time-consuming experience. We appreciate that spending endless hours searching on the internet, ringing estate agents, visiting estate agents, viewing properties that are completely unsuitable is one of the most frustrating ways to spend your valuable time. We will do all the legwork on your behalf and shortlist only the most suitable properties and oversee the whole process through to completion.

Most people would not consider buying a business without seeking advice from an accountant, trade shares without a stockbroker or plan their retirement without a financial advisor. Professional advice and help is essential when making such an important decision, therefore why risk making the wrong choice when renting or buying a property?

We start by talking to you to identify your precise needs in a face to face meeting in your current home, or by phone or email. Once we have agreed your search criteria, we will place your brief into our system and begin to conduct a property search for you.

Whether you are buying or renting, we will scour all possible sources – including private sales not otherwise available to the open market – and pre-view all those properties which may meet your search criteria.

From these viewings we shortlist an appropriate number of properties depending on the amount of viewing time you have available.

At this stage we place a brief report on each property short-listed onto our unique and specifically developed communications system, enabling you to reject any short-listed property and eliminate wasted viewing time on your part.

Additionally, at this stage – or indeed at any stage - we can provide a more comprehensive individual property report on one or more (or all) of the short-listed properties. This service is described in more detail below.

You can then proceed to view the short-listed properties.

If you don’t find anything to your liking from this shortlist, we repeat the process, using your feedback from the first viewings to fine-tune our search to match your needs as closely as possible.

This service will continue for a period of 26 weeks, or until you exchange contracts on a property, whichever is the sooner.
