Our Fees Explained

Because our services are flexible and designed to meet your precise needs, we will quote all clients individually before commencing any work. However the following schedule gives indicative costs of the basic services.

Registration

If you are purchasing a property, there is an initial registration fee of £350 (inclusive of VAT). The initial registration fee retains our services for 26 weeks. If you wish to renew for a further period of 26 weeks a fee of £100 will be payable, subject to agreement by both parties.

If you are renting a property, there is an initial registration fee of £200 (inclusive of VAT). The initial registration fee retains our services for 6 weeks. If you wish to renew for a further period of 6 weeks a fee of £100 will be payable, subject to agreement by both parties.

The registration fee covers our first 150 miles of travel on your behalf. Additional mileage is charged at 25p per mile.

Finder's Fee

Once you have exchanged contracts on a property that we have proposed to you, you pay us 0.75% of the price the property was advertised at (excluding VAT) regardless of the final negotiated price.

Remember - we could save you money by negotiating the best price for you using our local market knowledge. We could end up saving you more than the fees you pay us!

For each rented property the finder’s fee is one month’s rent (or equivalent).

Familiarisation Tours

Property Report

£250 per property. This amount can be deducted from the finder's fee providing the property report was commissioned on the same property that is eventually purchased.

Area Report

The price of these depends on the area covered. We will be happy to quote you for a specific location or area. As a guide, a pack covering a single town such as York would cost around £50, one covering the whole of Leeds or Bradford around £75.

School Search & Miscellaneous work

Hourly rate: £40
Daily rate £295

All of these fees are subject to additional expenses being due for cumulative travel over 250 miles per client and any additional expenses incurred.

We will provide you with an individual fee schedule and full terms and conditions prior to commencing work.
