2. Pocklington. Building plots with minimum of outline planning permission granted. Will consider all parts of the town and the villages. Price range £150,000.

3. York. Investment property with easy access to the University. Ex local authority properties would be ideal, pref with 3 bedrooms and two separate reception rooms. Price range £160,000.

4. Malton. Properties to renovate. Anything considered. Cash buyer with no chain. Price range £250,000 - £400,000.

5. York. 4+ bedrooms, decent size garden and off street parking is preferred. Close to City centre. Old or modern properties, will consider dated properties that require cosmetic attention. Price range £350,000 - 450,000.
